    Mrs. Adepoju was born on 3rd May, 1955 in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. She had her primary and secondary education at the renowned St Lukes Demonstration School, Molete, Ibadan and the prestigious Queen’s School, Ede/Ibadan, before proceeding to Seton Hall University, South Orange, New Jersey, USA where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 1979. Propelled by a dogged determination to acquire further academic qualification in pursuit of her aspiration to work in a Hospital setting, she proceeded to Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, in Newark, New Jersey, where she obtained a Master of Public Administration Degree with specialization in Health Service Administration in 1981.

    On her return to Nigeria from the United States, she had her compulsory National Youth Service at the University College Hospital, Ibadan. Her diligence, dedication to duty and outstanding performance during the NYSC year, paved way for her appointment as a full-fledged staff of the Hospital on the completion of her service year.

    She is a Hospital Administrator by profession and retired from the service of University College Hospital, Ibadan as Director of Administration on 21st April, 2015.

    In the course of her career as a Health Service Administrator she distinguished herself as an astute Administrator. In order to sharpen her intellect and professional acumen, she travelled extensively for Courses and Conferences both locally and internationally she rose through the ranks and worked virtually in all the Divisions in the Directorate of Administration before her appointment as Director of Administration & Secretary to the Board of Management effective from 21st April, 2007. She retired from service on 21st April, 2015. She also worked as the pioneer Director of Administration at the newly established University of Sierra Leone Teaching Hospitals Complex, Freetown from December, 2016 to November, 2017.

    Despite Mrs. Adepoju’s busy schedule, she has found time to serve her God in several capacities. She attended the Redeemed Christian Bible College where she obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology in the year 2002. and has attended several evangelism courses, outreaches and crusades. She had been involved and Active in Rural Evangelism since 1995 with Churches and Ministries.in Pentecostal and Orthodox settings.. She is a member of the New Covenant Church (NCC) Onireke, Ibadan, and a pioneer member of New Covenant Church, Mosafejo village in Oyo / Ogun States. She is currently an Evangelist

    She is a Fellow of the Institute of Health Service Administrators of Nigeria, and member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) as well as an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.

    Happily married to Pastor Adewale Adepoju and blessed with four fearfully and wonderfully made daughters, who by God’s grace are distinguishing themselves in purpose and destiny.
